About the role

As Sales Manager Europe, you will manage and expand our client portfolio across multiple European markets. You are an important point of contact for all colleagues in the field and maintain our dealer network by organising frequent (online) meetings.
You identify opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the quality and values of Verver Export BV.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, internal departments (logistics, marketing, production), and represent the company at trade fairs and customer visits throughout Europe.

  • Develop and implement European sales strategies
  • Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, agents and customers
  • Identify market developments and new commercial opportunities
  • Represent Verver Export at international fairs and industry events
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Report on sales results, trends, and market insights

Wat neem je mee?

  • Bachelor’s degree in commercial economics, business, or international trade
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in international B2B sales (horticultural experience is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven record in export, distribution, or key account management
  • Fluent in English and French (German is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
  • Commercial drive, independence, and a proactive attitude
  • Senior professionals will find a challenging, autonomous role here — but promising candidates eager to grow into this level are equally encouraged to apply.
